慢性腹泻是临床上经常碰到的问题。引起腹泻的原因很多,水泻—低血钾—无胃酸综合征为其中之一。一年前,我们曾见到一例由于胰岛非β细胞癌伴有肝内转移所致的水泻—低血钾—无胃酸综合征。最近又见到一例典型患者,经剖腹证实为胰岛非β细胞癌并有肝内广泛转移,手术切除胰腺肿瘤后,水泻、低血钾和无胃酸等症状得以缓解。现将病例报道于后: 女性,50岁,工人,住院号42022,因间歇性腹泻22月而转入我院。开始时,腹泻日4、5次,为稀软便、
Chronic diarrhea is a problem often encountered in the clinic. Many causes of diarrhea, water diarrhea - hypokalemia - no acid syndrome is one of them. One year ago, we had seen a case of non-beta cell carcinoma of the pancreatic islet with intrahepatic metastasis due to water-hypokalemia-acid-free syndrome. Recently, a typical patient was also seen. The non beta cell carcinoma of the islet was confirmed by laparotomy and there was extensive metastasis in the liver. After surgical removal of the pancreatic tumor, symptoms such as water diarrhea, hypokalemia, and no gastric acid were relieved. Cases are now reported: Female, 50 years old, worker, hospital number 42022, due to intermittent diarrhea 22 months and transferred to our hospital. At the beginning, diarrhea occurred four or five times, and it was very soft,
