新《中学音乐课程标准》(2011)指出,音乐课程的理念要突出“以人为本,以学生为主体”的价值观。这一价值观引领着音乐课堂教学改革的方向。音乐既是听觉艺术,又是情感艺术,在音乐教育中弘扬民族音乐,是增强民族自信心、振奋民族精神的需要,也是维护国家文化安全的需要。作为艺术学科,音乐教学要体现学科特性,重视学生个体生命的多元价值,利用多种教学手段培养和提高学生素质。利用优秀的民族音乐文化在音乐课堂教学中渗透德育,是中学音乐课堂实践活动的一个重要内容。一、利用民俗文化学习民族音乐
