北京市科技大额专项资金统筹了基本建设资金、科技经费、中关村专项等资金,规模为100亿元。其中,市发改委33亿元,市科委12亿元,市国资委14亿元,开发区管委会12亿元,中关村管委会4.5亿元,市财政局18.5亿元,市经委6亿元。自2014年起,资金规模调整为95亿。资金涉及政府固定资产投资资金、国有资本经营预算资金、部门项目预算资金等不同性质。该资金自2010年成立以来,已累计安排了550亿元。

Since its establishment in 2010, the fund has arranged a total of 55 billion yuan.
