高校基层党组织开展支部立项活动是高校加强基层党建工作的重要环节和载体,是在借鉴科研课题立项模式的基础上而创设的支部组织活动的一种形式。要加强高校基层党组织支部立项的前瞻性、创新性和实效性,使支部立项活动真正服务于高校教学、科研、学科建设和人才培养,以便实现党建工作科学化的目标。
The grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities to carry out branch project activity is an important part and carrier of strengthening grass-roots party building in colleges and universities.
