异位睾丸是男性生殖系少见的先天性畸形。临床上分成5型,即间质型、耻骨型、会阴型、股三角型及横跨型。我院子1979年以来诊治5例。现报告如下。病例介绍例1:35岁,右腹股沟包块明显增大3月余。体检见右侧阴囊空虚,腹股沟区可触及拳头大肿块.术前诊断右侧隐睾伴恶变。术中探查睾丸位于右腹股沟皮下,约12×10×10cm。由皮下环翻转向上至皮下,施行睾丸切除术。病理报告睾丸精原细胞瘤。术后诊断右侧间质型异位睾丸伴恶变。出院后放射治疗。例2:11岁,自幼左侧阴囊空虚。体检左会阴部可触及比花生米稍大包块,活动度大。术中见睾丸位于会阻部皮下,约1.5×1.0×0.5cm。施行睾丸固定术。临床诊断左侧会阴型异位睾丸。例3:15岁,自幼左侧阴囊空虚。体检左腹股沟韧带内下方皮下可触及蚕豆大包块,活动度大。术中
