房地产是一种风险比较大的行业,我们只有对房地产金融风险的成因有所了解才能很好地进行防范,本文根据我国房地产的现状来讨论房地产金融风险的防范与制度创新。
Real estate is a relatively risky industry. Only when we know about the causes of real estate financial risk can we prevent it properly. This article discusses the prevention and institutional innovation of real estate financial risk according to the real estate in our country.
