Objective To investigate the influencing factors of noninvasive coronary angiography in 64-slice spiral CT and the classification, causes and coping methods of common artifacts. Methods 150 patients underwent 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography images were analyzed to evaluate the image quality and artifact classification. Results The results of 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography were negatively correlated with the heart rate, respiration rate, coronary artery calcification score and other factors. Common artefacts were classified into layered artifacts, staircase artifacts and fuzzy artifacts. Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography has a high assessable rate. However, due to the patient’s own or scanning causes artifacts affecting the image diagnosis, the analysis of the causes and characteristics of these artifacts will help to improve coronary artery CT The success rate of imaging and avoid false positive diagnosis.
