单就投资总量而论投资总量不能解决投资规模膨胀问题;单就投资结构而论投资结构也不能解决投资结构失衡问题。笔者认为,投资总量与投资结构紧密相连,不能分而治之。正确的选择是寻找投资总量与投资结构之间的均衡机理(或结合部),这就是本文所要初步探讨的投资总量与投资结构相对运动规律。
On the total amount of investment alone, the total amount of investment can not solve the problem of the scale of investment expansion; investment structure alone, the investment structure can not solve the problem of imbalanced investment structure. The author believes that the total investment and investment structure are closely linked, can not divide and rule. The correct choice is to find the equilibrium mechanism (or the combination) between the total investment and the investment structure. This is the relative movement law of the total investment and the investment structure to be discussed tentatively in this paper.
