本刊讯重庆市城乡建委五举措促进钢结构和装配式建筑发展。一是释放市场需求。会同重庆市财政局出台了钢结构和装配式建筑资金补助政策,确定了42个示范项目,其中装配式混凝土结构项目16个,钢结构项目26个,预计消化钢铁产能30万吨。已完成重庆瑞安天地壅江翠湖等3个示范项目建设,示范面积18万平方米。二是发布了建设领域禁止、限制使用落后技术通告(第八号),从今年7月1日起,对重庆市主城区和綦江、涪陵等部分区县8万平方米以上剪力墙结构
