鼻出血是一种常见的症状,可由许多疾病引起。其病因大致可分为两大类,一类是由全身性疾病引起的,另一类是由局部疾病引起的。局部疾病中,以鼻中隔前方易出血区黏膜的外伤、干燥及糜烂等引起者多见,这种出血较易治疗。在局部疾病中主要应排除鼻及其邻近器官的肿瘤,如延误诊断则可危及生命。下面就介绍一下临床上较常见的引起鼻出血的局部肿瘤。
Epistaxis is a common symptom that can be caused by many diseases. The causes can be divided into two broad categories, one is caused by systemic diseases, the other is caused by local diseases. Local diseases, nasal septal hemorrhage prone mucosa trauma, dryness and erosion caused more common, the bleeding easier to treat. In the local disease, the main tumor of the nose and its adjacent organs should be excluded. If the diagnosis is delayed, it can be life-threatening.
