利用显微技术,研究了PLZT陶瓷的显微结构及它在外电场作用下的行为。制备粗晶粒及单个晶粒厚的抛光薄片, 利用十字形电极, 观察在电场作用下, 电畴运动的动态过程。讨论所观察到的一些晶界有关现象,如: 晶界平滑区, 晶界区的电光性, “壳-芯”结构, 析出物在晶界区的沉积, 电畴在该区的成核和生长, 空间电荷在该区的积累等等。认为存在高应变能的晶界区, 对上述现象起重要作用
Using microscopy, the microstructure of PLZT ceramics and its behavior under external electric field were studied. Preparation of coarse grains and a single grain thickness of the polished sheet, the use of cross-shaped electrodes observed under the action of the electric field, the dynamic process of domain movement. Discussion of some of the observed grain boundary phenomena, such as: the grain boundary smoothing zone, the grain boundary region of the electro-optical properties of the “shell - core” structure, precipitates in the grain boundary zone deposition, domain in the region nucleation and Growth, accumulation of space charge in the area and so on. It is believed that the grain boundary zone with high strain energy plays an important role in the above phenomena
