目的 研究和评价经数字减影造影术 (DSA)介入后手术治疗骶骨肿瘤的价值。方法 2 4例骶骨肿瘤术前经双侧髂内动脉行DSA介入治疗 ,介入后 1周内行手术切除肿瘤。结果 全部病例肿瘤均顺利切除 ,术中出血减少 ,平均出血量为 12 0 0ml;2 0例获随访 ,平均随访 2 8个月 ,仅 1例局部复发 ,2例恶性肿瘤死亡。结论 经DSA介入后手术治疗骶骨肿瘤 ,可有效减少术中出血及手术并发症
Objective To study and evaluate the value of surgical treatment of sacral tumor after intervention with digital subtraction angiography (DSA). Methods Twenty-four patients with sacral tumors underwent DSA intervention before bilateral internal iliac arteries. All patients underwent surgical resection within 1 week after intervention. Results In all cases, the tumors were removed smoothly. The intraoperative blood loss was reduced and the average blood loss was 200 ml. Twenty patients were followed up for an average of 28 months. Only 1 patient had local recurrence and 2 patients died of malignant tumors. Conclusion Surgical treatment of sacral tumor after DSA intervention can effectively reduce intraoperative bleeding and surgical complications
