强化农业科技协同创新,是改变我国农业科技成果转化率低,提高农业科技创新效率的重要手段。构建农业科技协同创新机制,首先要强化农业科技创新的顶层设计,其次要加强不同农业科技创新主体之间的团队协同、项目协同和产学研协同,再次是改善不同农业科技创新主体的内部协同与文化协同。
