信息网络技术在组织管理中的重要性日益显著,并且越来越无法替代。在信息网络技术与组织管理的融合演进中,形成了“互联网+”思维,并激发了组织管理的新一轮变革。对跨界整合的“互联网+”思维内涵进行提炼,探讨“互联网+”影响下,组织管理的创新性活动。基于组织存在本质以及基础功能的理解,对组织管理活动进行元素解构,提出“互联网+组织管理”的理论发展应在元素解构基础上借鉴现有理论,进行理论重构。
The importance of information network technology in organization and management is increasingly significant and increasingly irreplaceable. In the evolution of the integration of information network technology and organization and management, the “Internet +” thinking has been formed and a new round of organizational change has been triggered. To refine the connotation of “Internet + ” in cross-border integration and explore the innovative activities of organization and management under the influence of “Internet +”. Based on the understanding of the essence of the organization and its basic functions, the author deconstructs the elements of organizational management and puts forward the theoretical development of “Internet + Organizational Management ”. Based on the element deconstruction, we should draw on the existing theories and carry out theoretical reconstruction.
