The authors retrospectively analyzed the effect of bone marrow transplantation in 362 patients with M_3 who were enrolled in the European Bone Marrow Transplant Collaborative Group from November 1979 to December 1992. Patients and Methods 362 M_3 patients from 82 transplant groups, 187 received their own bone marrow transplant (ABMT) and 175 received allogeneic bone marrow transplantation (BMT).
