本文讨论了测定导温系数的激光脉冲法物理模型,介绍了用计算机运控的原理.对测试中必须满足的若干边界条件进行了理论分析.所测定的标准样品Armco纯铁和α-Al_2O_3以及其它材料的导温系数数据与文献的推荐值吻合.Armco纯铁和α-Al_2O_3测试的均方根误差分别为-3.2—+3.3%和-2.4—+5.6%.本仪器测试的温度范围为300-1800℃,具有自动和高速等特点,从激光射出至显示实验结果约为5秒.
In this paper, the physical model of the laser pulse method for the determination of thermal conductivity is discussed, and the principle of computer controlled operation is introduced.The theoretical analysis of several boundary conditions that must be satisfied in the test is carried out.Analyzed samples of Armco pure iron and α-Al_2O_3 and The thermal conductivity data of other materials are consistent with the recommended values in the literature.The root mean square errors of the Armco pure iron and α-Al_2O_3 test are -3.2- + 3.3% and -2.4- + 5.6%, respectively.The temperature range of this instrument is 300-1800 ℃, with automatic and high speed and other characteristics, from the laser to show the experimental results of about 5 seconds.
