目的:研究玄参破壁粉粒的体内抗菌作用。方法:金黄色葡萄球菌和绿脓杆菌分别培养18 h增殖后,用5%酵母浸出粉溶液稀释成不同浓度,ip感染小鼠,选用80%~100%致死率的金黄色葡萄球菌和绿脓杆菌的稀释液,感染给药小鼠,观测给药小鼠在染菌后7 d内的平均存活天数和死亡率。结果:玄参破壁粉粒3.5,2.8,2.1,1.4 g.kg-1及其常规饮片的3.5 g.kg-1剂量均能不同程度的抑制金黄色葡萄球菌小鼠的死亡率并延长平均存活天数;玄参破壁粉粒3.5,2.8 g.kg-1及其常规饮片的3.5 g.kg-1剂量均能不同程度的抑制绿脓杆菌小鼠的死亡率并延长平均存活天数。结论:玄参破壁粉粒直接给药具有一定的体内抗菌作用,与常规饮片的提取液体内抗菌作用等效。
Objective: To study the antibacterial effect of figwort fractal powder in vivo. Methods: Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were respectively cultured for 18 h and then diluted with 5% yeast extract powder to different concentrations. The mice were infected with ip and 80% -100% lethal S. aureus and P. aeruginosa The dilutions of the bacilli were used to infect the mice. The average survival days and the mortality rate of the administered mice within 7 days after the infection were observed. Results: The doses of 3.5, 2.8, 2.1 and 1.4 g.kg-1 of Xuan-gong broken wall granule and 3.5 g.kg-1 of its conventional slices all inhibited the mortality of S. aureus mice to a certain extent and prolonged the average Survival number; Scrophulariaceae wall powder 3.5,2.8 g.kg-1 and its conventional pieces of 3.5 g.kg-1 dose can inhibit the mortality of Pseudomonas aeruginosa mice to varying degrees and prolong the average survival days. Conclusion: The direct administration of figwort fractal powder has certain antibacterial effect in vivo, which is equivalent to the antibacterial effect of the extract liquid of conventional slices.
