目的:探讨ADC值对II型曲线乳腺肿块病变良恶性鉴别诊断的价值。方法:回顾性分析39例II型曲线乳腺肿块型病变的ADC值及形态学特征。结果:39例II型曲线的乳腺肿块形病变,ADC值在(0.51~2.25)×10~3mm2。结论:II型曲线乳腺肿块形病变联合A天C值及病变形态学特征可以提高乳腺肿块形病变良恶性的鉴别诊断能力,在一定程度上减少不必要的手术和活检。
Objective: To investigate the value of ADC value in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions of type II breast tumor. Methods: The ADC values and morphological features of 39 cases of type II breast lesions were analyzed retrospectively. Results: There were 39 cases of type II curve breast lesions with ADC value of (0.51 ~ 2.25) × 10 ~ 3mm2. Conclusion: Type II curve breast lesion combined with A day C value and lesion morphological features can improve the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions, and to some extent reduce unnecessary surgery and biopsy.
