缓慢型心律失常,药物治疗多数效果甚微。ⅤⅥ型起搏器的应用,使预后大为改善。我院1985～1988年为10例病人安装了ⅤⅥ型埋藏式起搏器,疗效满意。报告如下。一、一般资料本组男7例,女3例;年龄53～70岁。继发于冠心病者9例,窦房阻滞1例。临床上有缓慢心率相关性心绞痛7例,劳力型心绞痛4例,眩晕9例,晕厥7例,乏力7例,活动耐力
