国有企业在煤炭产业快速发展的情况下,对煤炭企业后勤提出了新的要求,国有企业审时度势地对后勤的相关业务进行了重新的组合和决定,目的是为了要进一步改善后勤的服务体制,能够对生活后勤的流程化建设起到一定的推进作用。这样一来,后勤服务能够发挥整体上的优势,能够实现资源化的合理配置和充分共享,从而进一步提升后勤服务的整个流程服务水平和整体形象。本文对大型国有煤炭企业后勤管理的流程化措施与效果进行了探析。
