初中政治教师的素质不仅包括一般性规定,还有一些特殊性要求。实施新课程后,要达到政治教师教学素质新要求仍存诸多“软肋”。提高初中思想政治教师素质,政治教师个人要努力,国家、社会、政府等必须为政治教师素质的提升创造良好的外部条件。
The quality of junior high school political teachers includes not only the general provisions but also some special requirements. After the implementation of the new curriculum, there are still many “weaknesses” to achieve the new requirements of teaching quality of political teachers. To improve the quality of junior high school political and ideological teachers, individual political teachers should work hard, and the state, society and government must create favorable external conditions for the improvement of the quality of political teachers.
