本文报道玉竹经醇提取 ,大孔吸附树脂吸附得总甾体皂甙 ,经硅胶柱层析分离得到五种甾体皂甙结果晶 ,硅胶 CMC薄层层析 [苯二甲醇 (7∶3 )为层开剂 ],Rf值分别为 0 76,0 59,0 41 ,0 1 3 ,0 0 7。
This paper reported that alcohol extraction from Polygonatum odoratum and macroporous adsorption resin resulted in total steroidal saponin adsorption. Five steroidal saponins were obtained as the result crystals by silica gel column chromatography. Silica gel CMC thin layer chromatography [benzene dimethyl alcohol (7:3) Laminate], Rf values were 0 76, 0 59, 0 41, 0 1 3, 0 0 7, respectively.
