美国纺织品及服装进口商协会日前指出,美国海关边境保护局计划在3月份在美国多个口岸进行一次报关文件突击检查行动,目的是检查纺织品和服装产品有否被错误分类来逃避配额。另外,该局还将检查非法转运活动和伪造文件,特别是原产地声明文件。虽然报关文件大部分已经电子化,但在突击检查期间,会要求检查纸上报关文件。据分析,350类和650类的服装会是其中两个被针对的项目。
The U.S. Textile and Apparel Importers Association recently pointed out that the U.S. Customs and Border Protection plans to carry out an inspection of the declaration documents in multiple ports in the United States in March in order to check whether the textile and apparel products have been misclassified to evade quotas. In addition, it will also examine illicit transhipment activities and counterfeit documents, in particular the declaration of origin. Although most of the declarations have been electronically filed, they will be required to check the declarations on paper during the blitz checks.
