目的:探讨已婚经产妇带器宫内妊娠的预防措施。方法:对347例已婚经产妇带器宫内妊娠者的临床资料进行分析。结果:已婚经产妇带器宫内妊娠与宫内节育器(IUD)类型、使用年限、受术者年龄及能否严格随访有关。结论:选择合适IUD类型,严格随访,及时更换IUD,加强对高危人群的管理可减少、甚至杜绝带器妊娠的发生。
Objective: To investigate the preventive measures of intrauterine pregnancy in maternal vaginal discharge. Methods: The clinical data of 347 married women with intrauterine pregnancy were analyzed. Results: Married intrauterine pregnancy with intrauterine pregnancy and intrauterine device (IUD) type, age, by the age of the surgeon and whether strict follow-up. Conclusion: Choosing the appropriate type of IUD, strictly followed up, timely replacement of IUD, strengthening the management of high-risk groups can reduce or even eliminate the occurrence of pregnancy with the device.
