陶行知先生说过:“真的教育是心心相印的活动,唯独从心里发出来的,才能到达心的深处。”是啊,教师担负着教书育人的责任,每天面对着具有独特个性的、千差万别的学生,如何才能让我们的教育更加有效呢?我们认为,师生之间的交往与沟通状况直接影响着教育的效果;要提高师生间的沟通效率,教师就一定要做一个有心人。一、教师要有一颗认同心作为教师,一定要有一颗认同心,这是做好教育工作的前提。我校学生都来自附近几个村屯,学生的个性和家庭情况各不相同,他们在学校的表现也不相同:有的学生成绩好一点,有的学生体育好一点,有的学生活泼,有的学生内向。
