随机将126只昆明种小白鼠分成3组,分别喂养自来水(对照组)和2种高本底放射性饮水(处理组),在喂养至第50.100,150天时按常规方法采集动物标本进行微核和精子畸形试验.结果显示:两处理组与对照组不同时相点的实验结果基本一致,提示实验浓度的高本底放射性饮水未观察到遗传毒性效应。
A total of 126 Kunming mice were randomly divided into three groups, fed with tap water (control group) and two kinds of high background radioactive water (treatment group), respectively. Animals were collected by conventional methods until the 50.100 and 150th days after feeding Nuclear and sperm deformity test. The results showed that the experimental results of the two treatment groups and the control group at different time points were basically consistent, suggesting that no genotoxic effects were observed in the high background radioactive drinking water at the experimental concentration.
