本文观察15-甲-PGF2α抗早孕和人工流产吸宫术前后血浆HCG、孕酮、雌:醇-17β的变化。31例采用15-甲-PGF2α终止早孕,其中20例完全流产,5例不全流产,6例失败。治疗前,各组血浆激素含量无明显差别。治疗后,PG完全流产组和人流吸宫组三种激素均迅速下降,第一周时接近非孕水平。PG不全流产组和失败组血浆激素下降缓慢。三种激素中血浆孕酮变化对指示PG流产结局最敏感。
This article observed 15-A-PGF2α anti-early pregnancy and induced abortion aspiration of plasma HCG, progesterone, estradiol-17β changes. 31 cases of early pregnancy termination using 15-A-PGF2α, 20 cases of complete abortion, 5 cases of incomplete abortion, 6 cases failed. Before treatment, there was no significant difference in plasma hormone levels between groups. After treatment, PG completely abortion group and abortion group of three hormones are rapidly declining, the first week close to the non-pregnant level. PG incomplete abortion group and failure group plasma hormone decreased slowly. The changes of plasma progesterone in the three hormones are most sensitive to the outcome of PG abortion.
