热塑性塑料的模锻(Die—forging)已经试验了多年,但是,在实际生产中还没有应用,其原因是该成形方法有两个缺点。其一是冷成形困难,其二是成形之后由于产品老化而造成回弹。这都是由塑料的内部结构所引起的。我们通过各种测量方法对模锻时塑料内部结构的交化情况进行了分析,即X射线分析,示差扫描量热法(DSC)分析,电热分析和电子显微镜分析。研究结果发现,产品的性质强烈地取决于晶体结构的热力学特性和塑料分子的特性。这一研究成果对热塑性塑料模锻在实际生产中的应用是有益的。
Die-forging of thermoplastics has been tested for many years, but has not been applied in practice because of the two disadvantages of this forming method. One is the difficulty of cold forming, and the second is the rebound caused by the aging of the product after forming. This is caused by the internal structure of the plastic. We analyzed the internal structure of the plastic during die forging by a variety of measurement methods, namely X-ray analysis, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analysis, electrothermal analysis and electron microscopy. The study found that the nature of the product strongly depends on the thermodynamic properties of the crystal structure and the characteristics of the plastic molecules. This research results for the thermoplastic die forging in the actual production of applications is beneficial.
