案例商友实业发展有限公司是许峰、许明两兄弟合开的一家公司,许峰任董事长兼总经理。王大海是该公司临时聘用的司机,双方没有签订劳动合同。 2000年2月,许峰和王大海分别驾车,带着许蜂的5位家人,前往许的家乡河北度假。车行途中,许峰驾驶的轿车不幸从公路上翻落河中。驾车随后的王大海见状赶忙停车,跳入河中抢救落水者,却不幸丧生。王大海遇难后留有年迈的父母和7岁的儿子。
