目的 研究过氯酸铵 (AP)对肺组织的损害作用 ,探讨AP有无致肺纤维化作用。方法 Wistar大鼠经气管内注入AP染毒一定时间后 ,取大鼠肺泡灌洗液 (BALF)和肺组织 ,测定细胞总数、肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNF α)、丙二醛 (MDA)、羟脯氨酸 (HYP)和胶原纤维等指标。结果 AP进入肺组织后能引起急性肺损伤、肺炎症反应 ;染毒后不同时间AP各组BALF中TNF α值均显著高于阴性对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。AP对MDA、HYP和胶原蛋白合成有一定影响 ;没有明显的肺纤维化病理变化。结论 AP对肺组织有急性损伤作用。本实验尚不能证明AP有致肺纤维化作用
Objective To study the effect of ammonium perchlorate (AP) on the damage of lung tissue and to explore the effect of AP on pulmonary fibrosis. Methods Wistar rats were injected AP with endotracheal intubation for a certain period of time. The BALF and lungs of rats were taken out and the total number of cells, tumor necrosis factor α (TNF α), malondialdehyde (MDA) and malondialdehyde Proline (HYP) and collagen fibers and other indicators. Results AP could cause acute lung injury and pulmonary inflammatory response after entering lung tissue. TNFα in BALF of AP groups was significantly higher than that of negative control group at different time points (P <0.05). AP had some effect on the synthesis of MDA, HYP and collagen; there was no obvious pathological changes of pulmonary fibrosis. Conclusion AP has an acute injury on lung tissue. This experiment can not prove that AP has pulmonary fibrosis
