随着输血体制改革的深入和输血事业的发展,血站文化与血站精神文明这两个概念已被输血界逐渐地用于血站管理的实践。虽说血站文化与发展较快的医院文化相比相对滞后,医院文化是20世纪80年代从企业文化兴起之后衍化而来,是美国学者在80年代初首先提出后并很快流行于世界的一种最新管理思想,而血站文化尚处在起步、萌芽、壮大时期,但血站文化对树立血站品牌、提升血站核心竞争力,构筑血液安全防线,促进血液事业持续健康和谐发
With the deepening of blood transfusion system reform and the development of blood transfusion, the two concepts of blood station culture and blood station spiritual civilization have been gradually used by the blood transfusion community for the practice of blood station management. Although the culture of blood stations is lagging behind the rapidly developing hospital culture, hospital culture was derived from the rise of corporate culture in the 1980s. It was an American scholar who was first introduced in the early 1980s and soon became popular in the world. The latest management ideas, while the blood station culture is still in its infancy, budding, and growing period, but the blood station culture establishes the blood station brand, improves the core competitiveness of the blood station, builds a blood safety line, and promotes the healthy and harmonious development of the blood business.
