急性胰腺炎一般认为在小儿中十分少见,但近年来发病有增高趋势。温州医学院附属医院近十年共收治小儿急性胰腺炎80例;温州市第二医院近五年共收治50例,占同期小儿内科住院病人总数的8.2‰。除外科急腹症外,以急性腹痛为主诉的住院病儿中,仅次干胆道蛔虫症和急性胃肠炎。因国内有关报告尚不多,今将两院所见130例作综合分析报告。
Acute pancreatitis is generally considered very rare in children, but in recent years the incidence of increased trend.
