本文在运用补心软脉胶囊治疗冠心病有良好疗效的基础上，进行了动物实验。研究结果表明，补心软脉胶囊能明显降低垂体后叶素所致大鼠心电图Ｔ波峰值，对抗异丙肾上腺素所致大鼠心电图ＳＴ段的抬高，缩小左冠脉前降支结扎大鼠心肌梗塞范围，提高心肌、血清ＳＯＤ活力，降低其ＭＤＡ含量，减少心肌ＣＰＫ、ＬＤＨ，并能抑制大鼠血栓形成。提示补心软脉胶囊对心肌缺血具有保护作用
This article is based on the use of Buxin Rumai capsule in the treatment of coronary heart disease has a good effect on the basis of animal experiments.
