本刊訊記者張海麗7月1日,十二屆全國人大常委會第十五次會議表決通過了新的國家安全法。國家主席習近平簽署第29號主席令予以公佈。法律對政治安全、國土安全、軍事安全、文化安全、科技安全等11個領域的國家安全任務進行了明確,自公佈之日起施行。新國家安全法共七章,對維護國家安全的任務與職責、國家安全制度、國家安全保障、公民、組織的義務和權利等方面進行了規定。
Our correspondent Zhang Haili On July 1, the 15th meeting of the 12th NPC Standing Committee passed the new national security law. President Xi Jinping signed No. 29 Chairman Order to be announced. The law clearly defined the tasks of national security in 11 fields including political security, homeland security, military security, cultural security, science and technology and security, and implemented them on the day of promulgation. There are seven chapters in the new national security law which provide for the tasks and responsibilities of safeguarding national security, the state security system, the guarantee of national security, the obligations and rights of citizens and organizations.
