在普通辉光放电离子氮化炉中用自制的渗硼膏剂进行了渗硼试验。试验结果表明,采用低熔点活化剂时,在640℃温度下渗硼4 h,可在低碳钢试样上得到10μm以上的以Fe_2B为主的渗硼层。
In general glow discharge ion nitriding furnace with homemade boride paste boronizing test. The experimental results show that boronizing layer mainly containing Fe_2B above 10μm can be obtained on mild steel samples by boronizing at 640 ℃ for 4 h with low melting point activator.
