拓展训练在现代人力资源培养过程中的作用越来越凸显,其行业的整体水平对经济社会的发展起着重要作用。运用文献资料法、调查法、观察法等研究方法对郑州市拓展训练行业的发展现状和前景进行分析,旨在能够促进该行业的健康快速发展。研究发现:郑州市拓展训练行业发展存在公司数量增长过快、训练项目缺乏创新等制约因素。应通过加强行业协会和政府多部门的监管、加强企业间的交流与合作、注意培训师的培养、注重拓展训练项目与理念的创新等方面,促进郑州市拓展训练行业健康有序发展。
The role of expanding training in the training of modern human resources has become increasingly prominent. The overall level of its industry plays an important role in the economic and social development. By using the methods of documentation, investigation and observation, this paper analyzes the development status and prospects of the expanding training industry in Zhengzhou, aiming to promote the healthy and rapid development of the industry. The study found that there are some constraints in the development of training industry in Zhengzhou, such as the excessive growth of the number of companies and the lack of innovation in training programs. We should promote the healthy and orderly development of the training industry in Zhengzhou by strengthening the supervision of trade associations and governments in various sectors, strengthening exchanges and cooperation among enterprises, paying attention to the training of trainers and focusing on the innovation of training programs and concepts.
