研究了增强相FeS含量分别为5%、10%、15%和20%的FeS/Cu复合材料的高温软化温度,退火过程中发生的静态再结晶行为以及对复合材料性能的影响规律。结果表明,FeS增强的铜基复合材料软化温度较高;FeS的含量、变形量、退火温度和退火时间是影响该复合材料高温性能的主要原因,增强相含量越高,复合材料的高温性能越好;变形量越大,复合材料退火后的硬度变化越不明显,能体现很好的高温稳定性;退火温度升高,会明显降低复合材料的硬度;退火时间对材料硬度的影响不大。
The high temperature softening temperature of FeS / Cu composites with increasing content of FeS of 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% respectively, the static recrystallization behavior during annealing and the influence on the properties of the composites were studied. The results show that the softening temperature of FeS reinforced copper matrix composites is high. The content of FeS, deformation, annealing temperature and annealing time are the main factors affecting the high temperature performance of the composites. The higher the phase content, the higher the high temperature performance of the composites The better the deformation is, the less obvious change of hardness after annealing is. It shows good high temperature stability. The increase of annealing temperature will obviously reduce the hardness of the composites. The annealing time has little effect on the hardness of the composites.
