面对突发“非典”,部分行业的经济发展受到影响。双沟集团在2003年1~3月份销售收入同比增长15.3%,而4~5月受“非典”影响,增长率有所下降,分别为7.5%和5.79%,可谓难能可贵。主要采取了3个措施:(1)市场重点转向农村;(2)营销运作走向家庭;(3)产品向中低档倾斜。“后非典”时期的运作方案:(1)强化质量的有效控制;(2)考虑白酒的营养与健康功效;(3)关注“人文”化及对消费者的健康关爱。(小雨)
In the face of sudden SARS, the economic development of some industries is affected. Shuanggou Group’s sales revenue from January to March 2003 increased by 15.3% year-on-year, and from April to May, affected by SARS, the growth rate declined by 7.5% and 5.79%, respectively, which is commendable. Three main measures have been adopted: (1) the focus of the market has shifted to rural areas; (2) marketing operations have moved towards the family; (3) products have been tilted towards middle and low levels. The operation plan of the post-SARS period: (1) Strengthen the effective control of quality; (2) Consider the nutritional and health effects of liquor; (3) Pay attention to the “humanization” and health care to consumers.
