为了测试特定结构Cu(Ⅱ)配合物的抑菌活性和其他性能,以甲基丙二酸、4,4’-二氨基二苯甲烷、4,4’-二氨基二苯醚为配体制备了两种未见报道的环状双核配合物[Cu(mmal)(Dadm)(H2O)]2·4H2O和[Cu(mmal)(ODA)(H2O)]2·4H2O。通过元素分析和电子自旋共振推断配合物的组成及结构;测试了往配体溶液中加入Cu(Ⅱ)离子和其他过渡金属离子的紫外-可见光谱;对配合物的抑菌性能进行初步研究。结果表明,配体能选择性地结合Cu(Ⅱ)离子,所合成的配合物对大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌、假单孢杆菌的抑菌效果与原料试剂相当,抑菌效果不明显。
In order to test the antibacterial activities and other properties of Cu (Ⅱ) complexes with specific structure, methylmalonic acid, 4,4’-diaminodiphenylmethane and 4,4’-oxydianiline were used as ligands Two kinds of undirected cyclic dinuclear complexes [Cu (mmal) (Dadm) (H2O)] 2.4H2O and [Cu (mmal) (ODA) (H2O)] 2.4H2O have been reported. The composition and structure of the complex were deduced by elemental analysis and electron spin resonance. The UV-Vis spectra of Cu (II) ions and other transition metal ions were also investigated. The antibacterial activity of the complex was also studied . The results showed that the ligand could selectively bind to Cu (Ⅱ) ion. The antibacterial activity of the synthesized complex against Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis and Pseudomonas was similar to that of the original reagent, and the antibacterial effect was not obvious.
