当超临界直流锅炉燃用煤的硫含量St.ar平均值在1.5%以上时,一般会出现高温腐蚀。通过对某超临界前、后墙对冲燃烧直流锅炉所送检的水冷壁管烟气侧腐蚀状况,采用目视、体视镜、电镜、能谱以及X射线衍射分析等方法进行检查分析,确定了高温硫腐蚀的产物,并对成因进行分析,然后提出防治的措施和建议,为预防高温硫腐蚀提供参考。
When the sulfur content of coal used in the supercritical once-through boiler is above 1.5%, high temperature corrosion generally occurs.
