实时检测各单片电池电压对通常由几百片电池串联组成的质子交换膜燃料电池汽车发动机意义重大。针对现有的燃料电池单片电压巡检系统均存在的不足,作了简要分析,并设计了一种利用通道管理单元对单片电池进行分组,在同一时刻使得有且仅有一个小组在线,依次循环顺序切换各小组,从而实现整堆单片电压分布式检测的通道管理式巡检系统。该系统在精度高,实时性好,稳定性强的基础上,具备成本低,体积、质量小,功耗低,易布局等优势,并已成功用于武汉理工大学研制的80 kW燃料电堆。
Real-time detection of the voltage of each single cell battery is usually composed of several hundred cells in series proton exchange membrane fuel cell car engine is of great significance. In view of the shortcomings of the existing single-chip fuel cell voltage inspection system, a brief analysis is made and a method of grouping monolithic cells using the channel management unit is designed. At the same time, there is only one group online. Followed by the cycle of switching the order of the sub-groups, in order to achieve the entire stack of single-voltage distributed detection channel management inspection system. The system has the advantages of low cost, small volume, low weight, low power consumption, easy layout and other advantages based on high precision, good real-time and high stability. It has been successfully used in the 80 kW fuel cell stack developed by Wuhan University of Technology .
