目的:对替硝唑片剂和栓剂在滴虫性阴道炎治疗中的效果进行研究分析。方法:对我院接收的78例妇科滴虫性阴道炎患者的治疗资料进行回顾分析,对比使用替硝唑片剂和栓剂的两组患者7天后的临床效果及不良反应。结果:口服片剂组和外用栓剂组总有效率分别为95.3%和51.4%,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。口服片剂组不良反应发生率为9.3%,外用栓剂组未见严重不良反应,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口服替硝唑能够有效的治疗滴虫性阴道炎,尽管存在一些不良反应,但是在患者可以忍受的范围内,使用栓剂治疗,不良反应小,但是效果不理想,综合考虑,建议使用口服替硝唑片来进行滴虫性阴道炎治疗。
Objective: To study the effect of tinidazole tablets and suppositories in trichomonas vaginitis treatment. Methods: The data of 78 cases of trichomonas vaginitis received in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical effects and adverse reactions of two groups of patients treated with tinidazole tablets and suppositories were compared. Results: The total effective rate of oral tablet group and external suppository group were 95.3% and 51.4%, respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the oral tablet group was 9.3%, external suppository group no serious adverse reactions, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Tinidazid can effectively treat trichomonas vaginitis. Although there are some adverse reactions, suppository treatment can be tolerated in patients within a tolerable range with small adverse reactions, but the effect is not satisfactory.
