广东的冬天尽管很暖和,但全球金融风暴已直接冲击着中国外贸。在年前结束的第104届中国进出口商品交易会(简称“广交会”)上,订单急剧下跌让中国出口企业心灰意冷,而忙于对多个出口行业进行摸底的商务部,几乎成了中国出口企业“诉苦”的对象。企业普遍反映2009年订单下滑,尤其是目前已经处于困境中的纺织服装等劳动密集型产业对未来极其悲观,呼吁国家继续上调出口退税率以及稳定汇率来帮行业
Although the winter in Guangdong is very warm, the global financial turmoil has directly affected China’s foreign trade. At the 104th China Import and Export Fair (“Canton Fair”) concluded at the end of the year, orders dropped sharply to frustrate the Chinese exporters and the Ministry of Commerce, which was busy with examining a number of export industries, almost China’s export enterprises have become “object” "object.
