抗战时期,广西省教育会、生活教育社、广西省教育研究会、桂林市教育会、中国教育会桂林分会等教育社团在桂林十分活跃。这些教育社团多次举行会议,讨论教育问题。为了推进教育的发展,各社团还创办了教育刊物。桂林各教育社团不仅致力于发展教育事业,也十分关心战争进程和抗日文化的发展,教育社团在抗战文化运动中扮演了重要角色。
During the war of resistance against Japan, Guangxi Education Association, Life Education Society, Guangxi Education Research Association, Guilin Education Association, China Education Guilin Branch and other education associations in Guilin very active. These educational associations hold many meetings to discuss educational issues. In order to promote the development of education, various associations also set up educational publications. Guilin’s educational associations not only devoted themselves to the development of education but also paid great attention to the progress of the war and the development of anti-Japanese culture. Educational associations played an important role in the anti-Japanese cultural movement.
