Under the guidance of Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory, General Secretary Jiang Zemin paid an important speech at the General Assembly marking the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Communist Party and profoundly and comprehensively answered the fundamental question of party building and the development of the party’s cause in the new century. Fully demonstrated our party’s spirit of advancing with the times and great achievements in theoretical innovation. It is a political declaration of the CPC for the new era, a scientific guideline for the party’s work, and a programmatic document of Marxism. At present, the whole city is setting off an upsurge in studying and implementing the spirit of the speech.
