目的:探讨甲氨蝶呤配伍消症方保守治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法:134例异位妊娠患者,随机均分为观察组和治疗组,观察组予单次臀部肌注甲氨蝶呤50mg/m2,治疗组同时口服消症方,每日1剂,浓煎500mL,早晚分2次服用,1周为1个疗程。治疗期间两组患者均用B超和血HCG值检测。结果:对照组中治愈45例患者,22例患者全部转为急症手术,总有效率67.16%。治疗组中治愈64例患者,只有3例因腹痛加重及血HCG升高而转行手术,总有效率95.52%。结论:甲氨蝶呤配伍消症方保守治疗异位妊娠安全有效、简便经济,值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of methotrexate combined Xiaozheng Fang conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods: A total of 134 patients with ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into observation group and treatment group. The observation group received methotrexate 50mg / m2 single intramuscular injection of glucocorticoid. The treatment group was given oral Xiaozheng Fang, 500mL, take 2 times sooner or later, 1 week for a course of treatment. Two groups of patients during treatment were detected by B-ultrasound and HCG values. Results: In the control group, 45 patients were cured and 22 patients were all converted to acute surgery, with a total effective rate of 67.16%. In the treatment group, 64 patients were cured, only 3 patients switched to operation due to the increase of abdominal pain and blood HCG. The total effective rate was 95.52%. CONCLUSION: Methotrexate combined Xiaozheng Fang conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy safe and effective, simple and economical, it is worth promoting.
