慈溪电信局下辖20个电信支局,全网服务人口140余万人,服务面积1154平方公里。企业网络规模、技术层次、综合服务能力和各项电信经营指标位居省内县(市)前列。近几年来,慈溪电信局围绕增强通信能力、推进信息化的目标,依靠技术进步,深化企业改革,改善电信服务,电信事业取得了巨大成就。1998年成功创建浙江省第一个电话市,2001年电话号码由七位升至八位。截止2003年12月,全市电话交换机总容量突破45万门,电话用户超过33万户。自2001年开通“小
