目的:优选天麻钩藤饮中天麻素的提取工艺。方法:以提取物浸膏得率及浸膏中天麻素含量为考察指标,采用正交设计法及高效液相色谱法考察煎煮时间、加水倍数及煎煮次数对天麻素提取效果的影响。结果:提取次数对天麻素的提取率有显著性影响。优选的提取工艺为:12倍量的水提取3次,每次1.5 h。结论:优选得到的工艺可行,可用于以天麻素为质控指标的天麻钩藤饮有效部位的制备。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of gastrodin from Tianma Gouteng drink. Methods: Taking the extraction rate of extract and gastrodin content in extract as indexes, orthogonal design method and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were used to investigate the effects of boiling time, water addition times and boiling times on the extraction of gastrodin. Results: The extraction frequency of gastrodin extraction rate had a significant effect. The preferred extraction process is: 12 times the amount of water extracted three times, each 1.5 h. Conclusion: The optimized process is feasible and can be used for the preparation of effective parts of Tianma Gouteng Decoction with gastrodin as quality control index.
