采集１５８例（生育年龄１４４例，绝经期１４例）宫内节育器使用者的子宫内膜进行组织病理研究。结果显示子宫内膜发育与其月经周期不同步者为６３．４％；异物巨细胞反应随着置器时间的延长而显著增多（Ｐ＜０．０１）；而中性白细胞、浆细胞和单核细胞无明显改变。结果提示：子宫内膜与胚泡发育的不同步可能是宫内节育器的作用机理之一。
158 cases (144 cases of childbearing age, 14 cases of menopause) were collected for histopathological study of endometrium of IUD users. The results showed that endometrial development and menstrual cycle were not synchronized with 63.4%; foreign body giant cell response with the extension of time significantly increased (P <0.01); and neutrophils, plasma cells and mononuclear No significant change in cells. The results suggest that: the endometrial and blastocyst development may be asynchronous IUD one of the mechanisms.
