政府宏观调控房地产政策的出台,是为了调控过热的房地产业。用科学的思维理性地分析房地产业,是需要深入研究的经济问题。政府要制定调整供应结构和严格金融部门的供求干预政策,而作为支撑经济发展不可忽略的领域和产业,房地产业必须建立早期预警机制,更好地发挥其在经济中的重要作用。
The government macro-control real estate policies introduced in order to regulate the overheated real estate. Rational analysis of the real estate industry with scientific thinking is an economic issue that needs further study. The government should formulate the supply and demand intervention policy of adjusting the supply structure and the strict financial sector. As an indispensable sector and industry to support economic development, the real estate industry must set up an early warning mechanism and better play its important role in the economy.
